I have compiled some useful printouts for people who are interested in traveling the country in search of studies. 

These may be printed and copied, but you must acknowledge the source of the list as coming from www.jalr.org.

Pretty good spreadsheet.  Okay, it's not quite as in depth as the original but it has all the healthy clinics on one page with addresses, website and phone numbers.  Also a second sheet with basic travel info like nearest airport, Greyhound and Amtrak addresses, taxi numbers and local bus info.
