Twistn' Paul is a balloon artist, decorator and reseller of novelty lights in Austin, Texas.  Twistn' Paul will bring a smile to your face with creative balloon hats, balloon animals and balloon creations.  Twistn' Paul does decorations for corporate events, private parties and conventions.  Balloon arches, balloon columns and balloon center pieces can add that special touch to your event.  Twistn' Paul is also a reseller of novelty lights.  Whether you just need a balloon twister, a balloon decorator, novelty lights or any combination, then Twistn' Paul is at your service!  Currently providing services within Austin City limits at most hotels and convention locations.
